    If you use chlorine or other hazardous gases the Halogen valve shutdown system will automatically close the valves to the gas supply when a leak is detected.

    The fully automated and microprocessor controlled system can respond to a leak quickly and reduce exposure risk to operational personnel when a leak occurs.

    The Gemini controller allows for operation of up to two actuators sequentially which close the valve in less than one second.

    The system can also be operated remotely by means of switches or panic buttons outside the hazardous environment. Systems may also be shutdown by leak detectors, fire or seismic sensors.

    The fail-safe battery operation means that the battery will have sufficient charge of the actuator to fully close the valve for a period of 3-4 days.
