Australian private water utility TRILITY is pleased to announce it has achieved Completion on purchase of the bulk of the business being acquired from Water Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Pentair plc. One further contract is presently being finalised to complete the whole of the previously envisaged deal.
