Recently, the team at TRILITY’s Yatala facility completed a purpose-built Mobile Chemical Dosing System for a client requiring a flexible and rapidly deployable solution that can be used across multiple operational sites.
Designed with mobility and ease of deployment in mind, the system allows operators to position the unit where it is needed and connect quickly to existing tapping points. This enables efficient chemical dosing while providing the flexibility to move the system between sites as operational needs change.
Key features of the system include:
- A 1000-litre mobile bunded chemical tank
- An integrated mixer and precision dosing pump
- A flexible chemical hose for simple site connection
- A withdrawable injection spear for active process connection
