TRILITY is proud to have 10 Riverland Water Treatment Plants represented in the 2025 Ixom Best Tasting Tap Water competition for South Australia, which recognises excellence in water quality across the state.
The annual event, hosted by the Water Industry Operations Association of Australia (WIOA), sees treatment plants from across the state judged on colour, clarity, odour and taste before naming South Australia’s best.
The TRILITY plants operated on behalf of SA Water competing this year include Renmark, Berri, Loxton, Barmera, Waikerie, Swan Reach, Mannum, Tailem Bend, Murray Bridge and Summit.
The teams at these plants work around the clock to deliver safe and reliable drinking water to local communities, and the competition provides a welcome opportunity to showcase their expertise and dedication.
TRILITY has previously enjoyed success in the competition, with the Murray Bridge Water Treatment Plant recognised as South Australia’s best in 2022.
The 2025 state winner will be announced at the WIOA SA Charit Bowls Day in Holdfast Bay on Thursday 18 September, before going on to represent South Australia in the national final in Queensland later this year.
