TRILITY Modular Solutions has recently completed the construction and commissioning of a Chlorination Plant in the Great Southern region on behalf of Water Corporation.
The project entailed the detailed design, manufacturing, construction and installation of an automated treatment plant that consists of both chlorination and carbonation. The treatment plant is powered by grid power; however, it has a first-of-its-kind full redundancy solar power system.
TRILITY has additionally designed and built a fresh treatment facility, which encompasses fencing, access roads, the treatment plant itself, a main switchboard, flow meters, control valves, and a drip irrigation system for newly planted trees.
What sets this job apart is the seamless completion of the on-site construction and commissioning phase by the TRILITY Modular Solutions team, ensuring an uninterrupted main water supply to the surrounding towns. Moreover, the treatment plant’s standout feature lies in its full automation, reliance on solar power and battery operation, and remote-control capability from the Water Corporation operation centre.
