TRILITY Modular Solutions completes water metering skid in WA

TRILITY Modular Solutions recently completed the design, manufacturing and commissioning of a water metering skid at the Kwinana Water Reclamation Plant in Western Australia on behalf of Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd.

The Kwinana Water Reclamation Plant (KWRP) takes treated secondary effluent from the Woodman Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. The water is treated to a high standard for industrial use and distributed to a number of customers in the Kwinana Industrial Area.

The Water Metering Skid is designed to monitor the pressure, flow rate and total flow of KWRP influent flow and flow rate, total flow, turbidity, pH, conductivity and temperature of the effluent brine water. The skid is equipped with a control valve to control the influent flow rate remotely. This project also entailed designing, manufacturing and commissioning two water metering skids and an outdoor control cubicle to allow remote monitoring and control.
