TRILITY Training Services (RTO 46056) has continued its delivery of specialised, hands-on training to regional councils across Queensland, supporting the development of critical skills required to ensure safe, efficient water operations.

Recent training activities included sessions with Central Highlands Regional Council, where learners completed NWPGEN022 Perform Laboratory Testing. This unit focused on strengthening laboratory capabilities, with participants developing skills in pH calibration, reagent handling, and procedures essential to maintaining water quality standards.

In Banana Shire Council, learners undertook NWPGEN020 Sample and Test Source or Drinking Water. This training provided valuable experience in jar testing and the adjustment of treatment processes in response to varying source water conditions, equipping participants with practical tools to address real-world challenges.

These programs reflect TRILITY’s commitment to building operational excellence through targeted, industry-relevant training. It was encouraging to see participants approach the sessions with confidence and enthusiasm; demonstrating the tangible impact of focused, competency-based learning on workforce capability.
