    DME Grundfos dosing pumps combine precise dosing with ease of use.

    DME is a compact positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump, with integrated variable speed motor drive in a IP65 enclosure.

    The pump is user friendly, accurate and reliable. It is equipped with a logical control panel with one-touch buttons and a multi-language backlight display.
    Grundfos dosing pumps can be calibrated to the actual installation by means of a simple calibration function to enhance accuracy.

    The turndown ratio is 1 to 800 which is ten times better than that of traditional equipment.

    A unique drive technology and microprocessor control make sure that liquids are dosed precisely and with low pulsation, even when the pump is operating with high viscosity or degassing liquids. Instead of the conventional stroke length adjustment, DME capacity is regulated by automatic adjustment of the motor speed during the discharge stroke, and by fixed suction stroke speed. This guarantees optimal and uniform mixing.
