The oil/ water plate separator brings oil droplets to the surface of a water/oil mixture as a separate layer. Suspended solids are also separated, dropping to the bottom as sludge.

The V plate  separator removes free oil droplets as small as 20 microns in diameter, therefore easily achieving effluent levels of 10ppm. Baldwin ‘V-Plate’ oil separators are assembled in a vertical configuration, such that “clogging” or “silting up” is virtually eliminated.

Unique proprietary design enables the corrugated plates to be uniformly spaced at either 6mm or 12mm. Injection moulded polypropylene oil separator plates are extremely resistant to most chemicals
