A primary use of the PVC static mixer is in the dilution of polymers and flocculants. Due to the lower chemical costs associated with better mixing, the cost of a mixer can be recovered relatively quickly.

All Koflo series 308 clear PVC static mixers are made in standard 6 and 12 element configurations. Additionally, all static mixers are edge sealed to the inside of the housing. This increases mixing efficiency and the structural integrity of the entire mixer. The patented Koflo Blade™ style element provides Koflo’s best-in-class efficient mixing ability for turbulent flow applications combined with minimal pressure (head) loss. Koflo’s Blade™ elements are available in multiple configurations for specialized, demanding applications.
