In April, Francois Gouws and Adrian Blinman participated in the Queensland Water Directorate
(QWD) Water Skills Forum at Parliament House in Brisbane. TRILITY is proud to sponsor events such
as this, where industry professionals and government stakeholders come together to share ideas.
The 2024 Water Skills Forum theme was The Urban Water Workforce—Recognition and Resilience,
which showcased initiatives from a range of diverse organisations and outlined several new
workforce and training initiatives designed by the sector for the sector.
Adrian was invited to present TRILITY’s Training Services and the courses it offers as a Registered
Training Organisation (RTO:46056).
TRILITY has worked closely with the QWD team on a number of projects, including a suite of five
introductory training courses to add to the Aqua, Brown and Green Card induction courses on the
watertraining.com.au platform, and developing a training skills needs analysis for two QWRAP
groups.
