Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited finalises the acquisition of TRILITY Group

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BEWG”), are pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of the TRILITY Group. BEWG now have 100 percent ownership of the Australian Group who were founded in 1991 and are an established industry leader, solely dedicated to the delivery of long term water, wastewater, reuse and bio-solids solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
