TRILITY is proud to announce that Luke Warren, Operations Manager, has been nominated for the Water Industry Operations Association of Australia (WIOA) Operator of the Year Award for Victoria 2026.

This prestigious award recognises outstanding operators across the Victorian water industry, celebrating excellence in operational performance, leadership, initiative, and commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable water and wastewater services.

He is widely respected for his focus on safety, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Beyond his professional role, Luke is also a Country Fire Authority (CFA) volunteer and an active supporter of inclusion, diversity, and professional development within the water industry. His nomination reflects his dedication to the communities he serves, his leadership within TRILITY, and his positive contribution to the broader water sector.
